Hello guys,what’s up? I hope everything is going to well…. Today we are going to making kolhapuri special misal pav….

1.1/4 Dry Coconut

2.Salt to taste

3.1/4 Turmeric Powder

4.1 cups Matakii

5.Water

6.1 Tsp Chilli Powder

7.Farsan

8.1tsp Goda Masala

9.Chopped Tomato

10.Chopped Onion

11. Chopped Ginger

12.Oil

13.4-5 Garlic cloves

How to make

It’s very simple. Heat the pan over medium heat. Add coconut and heat till it turns red. Then fry it and add onion, garlic, ginger in the same pan. Fry over medium heat. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and fry or roast for another 5 minutes until the tomatoes are well softened. Turn off the heat and transfer to a blender jar with roasted coconut when the mixture has cooled. Mix the mixture well.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add prepared mixture and mixed spices and fry it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp sweet masala and red chili powder. If you don’t have goda masala you can cook garam masala, the king of other garam masalas. Mix until the oil is hot and add the matki, water, turmeric and salt. Pour 1 whisk over medium heat. Don’t overdo it. Add Mata and mix Mataki. Mix. Add good water.

You can only cook in Matki Kat. Add salt to taste. Keep medium for 7-8 minutes. Then turn off the heat. You can add any more spices as per your liking. After that, place a layer of Matki in a bowl after serving. You can add a layer of boiled potatoes and vegetables, fry. Finely chopped onion and then on top of that
Add farsan and shave back a little more chopped onion and serve.
