Panipuri

Hello guys,what’s up? How are you??  I hope everything is good…   going to well…. Today we are going to  making Panipuri.

If you want to eat something outside, the first thing you remember is everyone’s favorite water puri and bhel. chili, sweet, sour Even if the name is removed, your mouth is watering. So let’s see how to make Panipuri.

How to make

Ingredients
For sweet Pani
1.1/2 tsp Chat Masala
2.chilli powder 1/2 tsp
3.1/2 black slat
4.1/2 cup Tamriand
5. roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
6.1/2 cup jaggery

For spicy Pani

1.Ginger
2.1tsp black salt
3.1tsp chat masala
4.1tsp roasted  cumin powder
5.1 cup coriander leaves
6.10 -12 mint leave
7.salty boondi
8.1-2 garlic cloves
9.1 green chilli

Method

For sweet pani

Heat the pan over medium heat.
Take a little water in a pan and add jaggery as per your liking.
Cook 7 -8 minutes on medium heat.
When the jaggery leaves are completely dissolved in the water.They are cook for another 2-3 minute in the water.

Turn off the heat and mash the mixture well with the help of potato masher or spoon.
Take a bowl and strain it.
Strain the mixture and strain.
Transfer the mixture to the pan again.
Add a little more water and heat it for just a minute or two.
Strain this mixture again.If you want more sweetness, you can use a little sugar powder.

For spicy pani in panipuri

Wash the corinder leaves well. Pour into blender jars.
Now add mint leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic.Close the cap and make a fine paste.


If the mixture is not mixed properly, take the mixture in the center with a knife or spoon and add a little water.
blend it into fine paste.
Take green chutney in a bowl.
Add water and mix.
Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and black salt to taste. Add salted bundi.
Now ,spicy pani is ready.

When you are an eating water panipuri. so first you have to break the puri. A little bit and add the sweet water or chili water you have prepared.Then add finely chopped boiled potatoes. Add tamarind water and finely chopped onion.Shave more finely.

You can add more cherries and different sauces to your liking.

This prepared water can stay for 2-3 days. In normal environment.Misal Pav
