So let’s see how to make this kind of masala dar pav bhaji ….

Take the cooker first. Put the potatoes and cauliflower, water, green peas in the cooker. Give 3 whistles over medium heat.

Take another pot and cook it properly with this whisk and mash the veggies well with the help of a masher and along with that cook the potato pan and the mashed vegetables properly on low heat.

Let the tomatoes soften for cooking. Cook for 4-5 minutes till thenGive. After that add Pav Bhaji Masala, cook till oil comes, add vegetables and water. Add salt to taste and mix constantly. Cook vegetables are medium heat on gas for 10 minute.

Bhajii is ready .but Pav is not ready .Now you are going making Pav means ladii.

Take another pan, put butter in it and heat it over medium heat. Open the loaf and place it on the pan. Bake the bread well on both sides and use the butter if desired.

While roasting, you can put some masala or a little bhaji on the bread.

Serve the bread with the vegetables and add the chopped onion, chopped cilantro and a slice of lemon and the last and tasty butter.All the bread and vegetables are now ready to eat.
