You that so many types of pizza. Like chicken pizza,paneer pizza, Veg pizza,etc….
Today we are going to making noramal veg pizza at home…This is very easy and quick recipy.

How to make


Pizza base
2 cups maida
1/2cup curd
1/2 tsp baking powder/2tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Olivia oil
Salt to taste

For pizza
Small sized sweet corn piece
Green Capsicum
Red capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Olivia oil

Pizza sauce
1tsp powdered sugar
1/2chilli flasks
1/2tsp Italiyan seasoning
1/2shredded garlic
1/2 black paper powder
1cup tomato puree
Salt to taste


For pizza base

Take flour in a plate.
Sift the flour well before using.
Add yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, salt to taste, olive oil and mix everything well.

Add a little water at a time and knead half a soft dough. This The back should not be stiff.
If the dough sticks to the hands, spread a little oil on the hands and knead the dough for at least 10 to 1 minute to make it nice and soft and leave it for some time.

Steam the dough a bit, cover and leave to rest for about 7-8 hours or overnight. Take the gel normally used for roasting papad.
You can use it as you wish, such as the base of a semolina strainer or the dish we put on the bottom of the cooker or a slightly deeper dish.
When the dough is well fermented, take a small portion of the dough and knead it to make it very soft.

Make a slightly smaller roll than the pizza you are making. Cover and rest in a warm place for about 15 – 20 minutes for proofing and rest.

For pizza sauce:-

Take the tomato puree in a bowl.
Then add garlic, chilli flask, black paper powder, Italian spices, salt to taste, powdered sugar and mix everything well. Leave it well for 1-2 hours, though diagnostic around the sauce.
The pizza sauce is ready.

For pizza

Make a pizza base with a fork or knife. Add a little oil to the pizza base so that it does not fog after the sauce is spread. Spread the pizza sauce on the base.
Spread mozzarella cheese, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, garin capsicum and small corn on the pizza base.
You can add your vegetables to your liking. Heat a pan over low heat and pour the pizza gel over it.

No need to heat the pan first. Do not use a non-stick pan.
Remove the rings and whistle from the lid of the cooker and cover the pizza with it.
Bake the pizza for about 15-20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and place the pizza on the same hot pan for another 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and take out the pizza gel.
Pizza is now ready.Crispy Aalu Toast
